Special applications
MASTED ASSEMBLY engineering has developed special applications for processes like piercing (with own development of single and double piercing units) cold rolling, specially applied to drive axles and other components under fatigue and other processes that move beyond the traditional machining process.
Our know-how has been acquired for years working in developing positioning and interpolating applications with servo axis, either with servo electric systems either with proportional hydraulics. We are also specialists in developing compact and robust units, highly accurate.
This machines are equally conceived with the same principles of robustness, reliability and productivity as the rest of our product range. They also can be integrated in high production, fully automated lines.
